The problem

One system,
shaped to your restaurant

Every kitchen runs the same way and no two run alike. Stock lives in people's heads, expiry dates get checked by hand, and what the till sold never matches what the shelf holds. APsystems is the working skeleton of that system: scanning, storage maps, recipes and sales, fitted to how your restaurant actually works.

The skeleton

Seven parts.
Yours are the ones you need.

Scanning

Barcode or phone camera reads the label: product, lot, expiry, quantity. Nobody types.

Storage maps

Your rooms drawn as shelves and fridges, each one coloured by what expires next.

Recipes

Build a dish from real products. Cooking it takes the ingredients out of stock.

Sales sync

Sales from the till come back in and deduct what left the shelf.

Availability

One table of every product, per location, with what is already on its way in.

Labels

Print a barcode label with lot and expiry for anything you prepare in house.

Answers

Ask in plain language: where is it, what expires this week, what do we need.

How it works

One scan,
and the shelf knows

A box comes off the van. Nobody types a product name, a lot number or a date. The label already carries all three.

  1. Scan
  2. Read the label
  3. Know the product
  4. Place and watch

Always on

The count that never
goes out of date

A stocktake is a photograph: true the night you take it, wrong by lunchtime. Here nobody schedules a count. Every movement writes itself down as it happens, so the number on the screen is the number on the shelf at three o'clock on a Tuesday.

And because every change is kept, not just the total, the number can always be explained. Ask why there are 24 kg and you get the four lines above, not a shrug. That is also the answer when a supplier calls about a lot: which shelves hold it, and what it went into.

Connect your own systems

It plugs into
what you already run

Your till, your back office, your supplier lists: most of them already have an API. You paste in your keys and APsystems talks to them directly, reading sales, looking up products and keeping stock in step. No new hardware, and nobody retyping the same numbers twice.

Point of sale

Sales are read through the till's own API, then matched to stock by barcode.

Back office

Products and deliveries stay in step with the system you already keep books in.

Anything with an API

Supplier lists, delivery notes, your own tools. If it opens up, it connects.

Already running

Built in a working kitchen,
not a demo

APsystems runs every day in Tallinn: a central warehouse feeding two shops, with deliveries scanned in, stock placed on mapped shelves, recipes deducting ingredients, and till sales read straight from the point of sale.
